Willows Willoughby Catering/Events/Kitchen is closing permanently on Sunday 21 December 2025.

The Clubhouse can seat up to 200 guests.
The Picnic Green seats up to up to 140 guests; or standing space for up to 200 guests.
Willows is the go-to space for family & friends to get together & celebrate.
Groups of 30+ are required to pre-select a
Function Menu: minimum food spend $15 per person.
Food pre-payment for Functions is required 7 business days in advance.
TABLE BOOKINGS CANNOT BE JOINED
Deposit is required to confirm bookings of 30+.
Saturday & Sunday: Morning Parties 10am-midday only $150 Venue Hire.Maximum venue capacity is 200 guests.
We do not host 18th-21st Birthdays.
Minors are not permitted in the Club or on the Greens without direct adult supervision.
We require one adult guardian over the age of 25 per 6 minors at a minimum.
Shared Menu & Canape Menu available for Functions in the Clubhouse only (not on Picnic Green)
